1. Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for you. We are happy to offer exchanges for size of bracelets and rings within 14 days of receiving the product/s. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, upon request. For online orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 

2. Returns

Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind purchases. We encourage customers to choose carefully before making a purchase.

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may ask for photos or other evidence of the issue to help us better understand the problem. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement, as applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or to amend our policy at any time.

 

 

 

3. Cancellations

Love Potion Crystals understands that circumstances may change, and customers may need to cancel their orders. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
