Septarian Nodules (or as they are technically named “concretions”) were formed around 50 to 70 million years ago during Earth’s Cretaceous Period. They are a unique & powerful combination of Brown Aragonite, Yellow Calcite & Limestone, created as a result of dead sea life turning to mud - drying out & cracking over time.
